WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

The clock runs for the full time I am working, including any additional requests made during the visit. This includes time waiting while the system is loading although I will multitask where possible, but time is continuous from start to finish.


If we need to add a new task while I’m there, I’ll let you know and "keep the meter running."

*In some instances, installation of RustDesk may be performed remotely if you are able to follow specific instructions to install it on your computer (with or without my help).

For remote support, you are REQUIRED to watch everything I do on your screen. For your protection, I will not stay connected if unattended for more than approximately 5 minutes.

$60/hour + local* travel fee

(May be required for future remote support)


*Local = Edmond, OK, USA


Remote Support:

$20 for each 20-minutes increment of service.

For remote services you control the PASSWORD to allow access to your computer using RustDesk.  RustDesk provides a new password each time you allow access (passwords cannot be stored or reused).
